dc.description.abstract The objective of this study was to find out the mediating impact of task stress among narcissistic management, employee cynicism. Literature seeks to contribute to the ongoing educational discussion about the positive or negative impact of leader narcissism in real estate companies. For this purpose, information was collected through structured questionnaire from Real Estate Sector of Islamabad Pakistan. The mid-to-top level management was the focused for this study. Study is done through five-point Likert scale to analyse the results. All the four hypotheses were tested, and the results obtained from them are positive. The principal goal of this study is to understand on the elements that are reason of job stress, employee cynicism and leader narcissism en_US
