dc.description.abstract Investor's need of evaluating the risk before making any investment decision is an everyday issue. Number of investors increase by the day thus there is a need for a proper study of what are the essential methods for them to evaluate risk. These decisions are made by interpreting results obtained from financial statements and other macro and micro economic factors effecting the result of investment. Following are the needs for this study, How expected cash flow analysis help in profitable decision making? How macroeconomic factors affect foreign direct investment? Why is there a need of risk analysis before making an investment decision? How to overcome and minimize risk to a minimum. en_US
