Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of working capital on return on asset and return on equity. The panel data has been taken for the years from 2015-2019. We used three different sectors which includes oil and gas marketing industry, cement industry, and textile weaving industry. The dependent variables are ROA and ROE and Independent variables are Cash, Inventory and Account Receivables. Multiple regression analysis is run on Stata to check the significance and the results showed a significant relationship between dependent and independent variables.
