dc.description.abstract | The aim of the research was to identify the impact of Islamic work ethics on Project success with a mediating role of Organizational culture and moderating role of Impression Management. The data has been collected from project based organizations present in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The data for the study was collected using convenience sampling. The total sample size for the research was 179. The result indicate a significant impact of Islamic work ethics on Project success and Impression Management affects the relationship between Islamic work ethics and Project success; more the Impression Management will less the effect of Islamic work ethics. Our research was limited to specific geographic area due to limited time. Future researchers may conduct the study in different regions of Pakistan. | en_US |
