Abstract:
This research study examined the entrepreneurial process and its various components. It has sought to find factors that foster new venture creation and what factors can be actively pursued by government if it wishes to enhance entrepreneurial culture in the country. The impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions has been studied. How mentorship plays an important role in enhancing the entrepreneurial process to lead to entrepreneurial behaviour has been analysed.
