Abstract:
There is a direct negative relationship between workplace bullying and employee performance. With the increasing of workplace bullying phenomenon the performance of employees in an organization will decrease. Purpose of this study is to test the moderating and mediating role of ambidextrous leadership, Emotional intelligence and Employee deviant behavior respectively in the direct relationship of Workplace bullying and employee performance in an organization. A survey has been conducted in NRC, DRC and HRDA organizations in Kandahar, Afghanistan to find the relationship of workplace bullying and employee performance with the moderating role of ambidextrous leadership, emotional intelligence and mediating role of employee deviant behavior. The date analysis was done with SPSS. This study will provide empirical evidence for the relationship of workplace bullying and employee performance. Furthermore, COR theory was implemented to take forward this research.
