Nexus Between Big Data and Green Intellectual Capital on Project Sustainability

Abstract

This study is focusing on the relationship between Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) and project sustainability with the moderating role of Big Data technology in the manufacturing industry of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The primary data has been gathered through questionnaires using quantitative approach. Through the questionnaires, project sustainability with moderating role of big data has been monitored on manufacturing industries of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Green Human Capital (GHC), Green Structural Capital (GSC) and Green Relational Capital (GRC), effect of all indicated GIC variables has been tested on project sustainability, whereas the moderating role of Big Data has also been analyzed on the variables under consideration. The results helped to identify how the moderating role of Big Data put the impact on GIC and also the role of GIC has been monitored on the project sustainability.
