dc.description.abstract The study focuses on understanding fin-tech and how it is used in Pakistan. To address this study aim, I examined the trends in fin-tech expansion, specifically the application of fintech in the banking-industry in Pakistan. The theory of planned behavior (TBP) is used for this research purpose and which is based on the research model. To enhance the excellence of fintech services at banks, the author investigate factors influencing customers' willingness to utilize fin-tech services. To do this, gathered data from 421 respondents using a survey on Google Form website. The Customers of the banks using the financial technologies located in Peshawar and Islamabad. Smart PLS was utilized to estimate the research model for the analytical technique. According to the findings of the study, fin-tech services are very significant to the banking zone in Pakistan. Furthermore, this study has had a lot of success by identifying the elements that impact customers' attitudes toward using fin-tech services. As a result, the perception of usefulness (PU), customer trust (TRU), user innovativeness (UI), perceived ease of use (PEU), and Intention (INT) to use fin-tech services all have a favorable impact on ATT Based on the findings of this work, bank administrative will be real clever and able to increase the quality of fin-tech services. Not simply is that, but the findings of this research as well useful for Policymakers and for the researchers. This study makes some important significance and recommendations for managers of Fin-tech firms, suggestions of enterprises and as well as state institutions. en_US
