dc.description.abstract Organizational environment have gradually evolved into stressful agony due to excessive workload, stringent schedules and competitive environment. The said issues lead to depression, anxiety and compromised organizational performance. The instant study was aimed at examining the impact of humorous leadership on employee job satisfaction. The research also determined the interceding role of work engagement and the moderating role of leader incumbency. In order to conduct the research, questionnaires were used for the purpose of data collection from 241 employees who were working in various organizations which showed employee job satisfaction through humorous leadership. Results indicate humorous leadership has positive and substantive relationship with employee job satisfaction mediated through work engagement and moderated by leader incumbency. en_US
