dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of the study is to find the Impact of centralization and decentralization on High-performance work systems with mediating effect of strategic thinking in Nonprofit organizations of Pakistan. This study assesses which type of organizational structure is more suitable for the implementation and achievement of high-performance work systems Many other variables could explain the literature for this study but two variables were selected for independent roles i.e, centralization and decentralization. The importance of each factor is defined for this study. A quantitative research approach and simple random technique have been used for this study. Information has been collected with the help of a questionnaire.. 10 different NGOs having their officers in Rawalpindi and Islamabad were selected to collect the data. A total of 300 respondents were contacted. Analysis has been done with the statistical methods through SPSS 23 software. Statistical calculations and their analysis were used in descriptive analysis and regression method has been used in inferential analysis so that hypothesis can be tested easily. This research is useful for nonprofit organizations in their managerial practices and decision-making process. Results of the proposed study are useful for senior managers of NGOs and INGO to understand the relationship between strategic thinking and high-performance work systems in the specific context of a centralized or decentralized structure of their organizations | en_US |
