dc.description.abstract The study focuses on the relationship between servant leadership and employee creativity and mediating effect of employee work engagement. The research was conducted on higher educational institution of Pakistan. The theories used were green leaf theory and social learning theory. The study's specific research objectives were to determine the servant leadership practices that encourage employee creativity by mediating the role of work engagement. The theoretical literature was used to develop the research model for this study. The causal research design was employed to investigate the research issue. This method of research was chosen because it allows the researcher to collect data to answer questions about the status of the research subject. The study's participants were private universities operating in twin cities. this. Data was collected from the teaching faculty and staff of Rawalpindi and Islamabad private universities Target population was 650 and Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size of 242. The questionnaire that was used in the research was modified. For the convenience of administration, this questionnaire contains closedended questions. The information gathered was entered into a spreadsheet and analyzed using SPSS 25. Furthermore, the study can be beneficial for management researchers, students, teachers, and educational organizations. The limitation of this study is that data was not obtained from all of the Universities in twin cities. The results delineate that servant leadership and employee work engagement has a positive influence on employee work creativity. Lastly the study was restricted to private universities of twin cities it can be extended to other cities of country and public universities should be included in the study. en_US
