dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical framework to examine the influence of facilitative supervision on employees’ creative performance, the mediating role of extrinsic motivation and the moderating role of supervisor. To test the theoretical model, data was collected from various private sector organizations with a total of 246 responses which were analyzed and tested. The results confirm that facilitative supervision can promote employees’ creative performance and extrinsic motivation. Meanwhile, employees’ extrinsic motivation mediates the influence of facilitative Supervision on their Creative Performance. The key limitation of this study is the representativeness of sample data, which is the convenience of non-probability sampling. The conclusions indicate that supervisor role is an important boundary condition among their relationships. en_US
