dc.description.abstract Out of four factors of production, labor has unlimited potential which needs to be tapped by the organization for the optimum utilization. Through Capacity Building, organizations can improve productivity of their manpower but without Trust Capital, only Capacity Building will be unable to produce desired outcome. Once the employees have trust in their organization’s management, they take capacity building measures seriously and put their effort to learn and apply the methods to enhance their productivity. Daewoo has been the market leader in passengers’ road transport sector of Pakistan for many years, even after having a benchmark; most of our local road transport companies have been unable to imitate the standards of services. Research was conducted through major companies in Rawalpindi / Islamabad and feedback from 225 employees was received through questionnaire. The study was aimed to find out the reason and with the results found, it could be concluded that without trust capital, capacity building cannot enhance the employees’ performance. en_US
