dc.description.abstract Scarcity and Resource Utilization is the key challenges to face in the current world which can impact in the throughput of the organization and the equipment are the ultimate resource of the organization and contribute in effectiveness of the organization. It would be valuable to monitor and control the production of waste not just limited to physical but also to the nonphysical. Wastes early diagnostics of the non-value addition in the informational flow is done through measurement of the overall equipment effectiveness and further pathway is provided by value stream mapping which segregate value adding or non-value adding activities in Wartsila Pakistan Pvt Ltd which is one of the leading energy services providers in Pakistan. Longitudinal data compiled over the year has analyzed and for each variable 365 observations were recorded and analyzed. Result indicates positive relation between the Availability , Reliability and Service Quality of the Equipment with Overall Equipment Effectiveness in Wartsila Pakistan. Further Value Stream Mapping (VSM) suggest the restructuring or removal of non-value adding activities to enhance Overall equipment Effectiveness. en_US
