dc.description.abstract In current era establishments/organizations are moving towards virtual projects, this study explored the impact ofleadership behavior and management skills on virtual agile project success there are different dimensions of leadership behavior, this study contains analysis about two dimensions ofleadership behavior transformational and transactional and three dimensions of management skills such as conceptual skills, human skills, technical skills. As the project management profession continues to struggle with low project success rates, the generic quantitative study contributes to the project management community for managing virtual agile projects more smartly and effectively. The generic quantitative study consisted of virtual agile project team. Online survey method used for data collection over the estimated population, deductive approach is used in this study. The data of the study were analyzed using reliability and validity test, Durbin Watson test, Normality test and confirmatory factor analysis, regression and correlation analysis. After collecting and analyzing the data study has found that leadership and management skills have huge impact on virtual agile project, Leadership behavior provide better project results and leadership is one of the most important influencing factors for project success. Project manager should have prominent leadership and management skills, this study results shows that transformational, transactional leadership behavior and management skills have positive impact on virtual agile project success. en_US
