dc.description.abstract In organizations, the project constraints are essentials of project management. Project constraints are basis of project planning, evaluation and controlling. The same information is reflected in reports that is shown to client. Effective six project constraints (project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resource) has direct impact on project perfomrnnce. On the other hand, organizational culture has direct impact on the relationship of 6 constraints on project performance. In order to evaluate the relationship of 6 constraints of project management on project perfo1111ance and the impact of organization culture on this relationship, a study has been conducted in construction sector ofl slamabad, Pakistan. Questionnaires were distributed amongst the project management department of construction fim1s residing in Islamabad, Pakistan. Jn total, 328 proj ect manager who are currently or previously undertaken construction projects. The results of study shows that 6 project constraints has significant and positive impact on project perfom1ance and organjzational culture serves enhances this relationship. A high level of project constraints ensures greater probability of project pe1formance whereas this relationship is further strengthen for organization culture. en_US
