Abstract:
This study is about impact of servant leadership and ethical leadership on project success in telecom sector of Pakistan. Leadership styles are thought to be the major factors contributing towards success in different projects. As the Telecom sector is expanding with advancement of technology, different new projects have been initiated in telecom sector of Pakist.an to be with the fast-growing global village. To make project successful, styles adopted by the leaders play a pivotal role. For this reason, this study is being carried out to see how leaders adopt different styles to play their role in project success. The facts have been specifically composed from telecom sector of the twin cities (Islamabad and Rawalpindi). Data was collected from 256 employees through questionnaire. Results specify that servant leadership and ethical leadership are positively related with success of the projects under telecom sector in Pakistan. Outcomes of this study will further help employers in future to adopt attributes of ethical leadership and servant leadership as it will motivate employees to work with loyalty and with full commitment.
