dc.description.abstract | The current study aims to evaluate the impact human traits on project performance for software houses from IT sector of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. For this purpose, solidarity, trust, flexibility and information sharing are taken as components of human traits and are treated as independent variables of the study while project performance is the dependent variable of the study. The study has also takes a moderating variable project leadership to understand the complete picture of humanly characteristics that makes up an efficient team. As a research method, a survey is conducted to test the hypotheses. Data is collected form 300 employees of software houses in Rawalpindi & Islamabad and through multiple regression analysis and process macro (moderation model 1), it is found that all four independent variables positively contribute in project performance of software houses. Also, the relationship of independent and dependent variables is moderated by project leadership. Results have implication to the project performance of software houses in Rawalpindi & Islamabad. | en_US |
