dc.description.abstract Pakistan’s textile sector, being the largest manufacturing sector of the country, contributes significantly to the exports and overall economy; hence, these factors make it an important sector to study and research. Considering the recent turbulent and competitive business environment, the survival of textile sector depends very much on improving productivity, maximizing value addition, and upgrading supply chains. Supply chain performance has become rapidly developing research area in recent decade. Information sharing and buyer-supplier relationship are important indicators of supply chain performance. Furthermore, the current study is an attempt to contribute to the existing literature by introducing supply chain dynamism as a mediating factor on the association between (1) information sharing and supply chain performance and (2) buyer-supplier relationship and supply chain performance. The results of the study showed that there is significant positive affiliation between information sharing and supply chain performance. Buyer-supplier relationship and supply chain performance are also significantly positively linked. The mediating effect of supply chain dynamism was tested using Barron and Kenny (1986) casual step approach. The outcome showed evidence of partial mediation. en_US
