dc.description.abstract The perfonna_nce of the project always remains a major concern for construction industries, and understanding the high-performance characteristic research needed to be conducted. By using characteristics such as organizational justice and teamwork process, this study has provided justification that for enhancing the project's performance, the organization has to place fair treatment and equality among employees. The characteristics of respect, nobility, should prevail whenever team members interact with each other. This study has examined the moderating role of organizational culture on the relationship benveen organizational justice and project performance as well as the re la tionship between teamwork process and project perfonnance by analyzing the data collected from 260 respondents including contractors, project managers, project team managers, coordinators. eng ineers. quality assurance inspectors and other employees from 60 industries of twin cities in Pakistan. The Pearson correlation coefficients depict that organizational justice has a · moderately positive correlation with organizational culture and project performance. Similarly, the teamwork process has a moderately positive correlation with organizational culture and project performance. Moreover, results interpret that organizational culture and project performance also have a moderate and positive correlation. The regression analysis results of this study supported that organizational justice has a significantly positive impact on the perfomiance level of projects in construction indurates of Pakistan. The results also state that the teamwork process has a significantly positive relation with project performance. The analysis also showed that organizational culture significantly moderates the relationship between organizational justice, teamwork process, and project performance. These findings help project management maintain a productive organizational environment and enhance the teamwork process through which performance significantly improves projects. en_US
