dc.description.abstract The present research explores the relationship between Adaptive Leadership and Project Success moderated by Top Management Support in Higher Education Institutes of Pakistan. Also, to determine which aspects of"Adaptive Leadership" are most commonly used by leaders in online education at doctoral research institutions where online education plays a major role in enrollment. Within this study, the current state of higher education is reviewed, and major changes in the financial, technological, and competitive landscape are discussed. Challenges within the higher education context are addressed due to COVID-19. The theory of Adaptive Leadership is presented, and its applicability to the changing world of higher education is discussed. The data were gathered from 300 respondents working in different public and private universities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad of Pakistan. The results depict that Adaptive Leadership has a significant and positive relationship with Project Success. Moreover, the moderating role of Top Management Support was also supported by results. The practical and theoretical implications of the current study was also discussed. The study contributes significantly to the area ofresearch, specifically in the domain of Project Management and Leadership. The study also provides significant implications in the available literature on Project Management. en_US
