dc.description.abstract Risk management is an important aspect for every organization. Project risk management is an art of classifying, evaluating, and retorting to the risk during lifetime of any project and while in best interest of achieving project success. One of the major risks that has been occurred in 2019 is Covid-19. The Covid-19 is still impacting the organization and different projects all around the world. With context of Covid-19, in Pakistan, the responsibilities of National Disaster Management Authority has increased manifolds, therefore a new centre (National Command and Operation Center) was established to join hands with NDMA to fight against this pandemic. There are still multiple risk factors that these organizations are facing. This research posits to examine the relationship between enterprise risk management and project success, with the moderating role of volunteer work. The Positivism philosophy enables the study to be quantitative, measuring units are the employees of NDMA and NCOC. Based on Convenience sampling and as per calculated sample size by analyzing the data collected from 318 respondents’ employees of NDMA / NCOC were collected through “Google Forms” and visitation to HQs based in Islamabad. The study supports the impact of ERM on project success. However, the results from Andrew Preacher Hayes model it can be confirmed that there is a marginally significant moderating role of Volunteer Work upon Enterprise Risk Management and Project Success. In addition, these findings shall help particularly NDMA and NCOC in general in developing strategies towards introducing more defined role of Volunteer Work during disaster situation in Pakistan. en_US
