dc.description.abstract This learning investigates the factors causing project failure with moderating effect of project communication atconstruction sector for cities in Pakistan. This learning has considered cost management, time management, employee turnover and scope crepes independent variables, project communication as moderating variable, and project failure as dependent variable. However, construction sector in cities of Pakistan has been the sector chosen to investigate the relationship between factors (cost management, time management, employee turnover and scope creep), project communication and project failure in construction sector in cities of Pakistan. Quantitative research method has been used as primary data was collected through adaptive structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale. The responses have been recorded from 300 respondents (employees) working in construction sector of cities in Pakistan through convenience sampling technique. Responses recorded was analyzed through statistical instruments such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. The results indicate that cost management, time management, employee turnover and scope creepsignificantly impact project failurein construction sector in cities of Pakistan. However, moderation analysis has revealed that change in project communication brings a significant change in the relationship between factors (cost management, time management, employee turnover and scope creep) and project failure in construction sector in cities of Pakistan. en_US
