dc.description.abstract This study has aimed to investigate the impact of project communication on team work performance with moderating role of job engagement in construction industry of Pakistan. This study has considered project communication as an independent variable. Whereas, job engagement has been considered as the moderating variable. However, team work performance has been considered as the dependent variable. In this study, construction industry of Pakistan has been the sector chosen for testing the relationship between project communication, job engagement, and team work performance. To investigate the relationship between variables of this study, structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale has been used as the research instrument for collection of data from respondents (project managers, project supervisors, and project directors working in construction industry of Pakistan). Meanwhile, a sample size of 234 respondents to represent the entire population has been finalized. Data collected through distributed questionnaires has then been analyzed through statistical instruments such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. Based on the results derived from correlation and regression analysis, it has been concluded that there exists a significant relationship between project communication, job engagement, and team work performance in construction industry of Pakistan. In other words, findings of this study have revealed that project communication positively impacts team work performance, and job engagement positively moderates the relationship between project communication and team work performance in construction industry of Pakistan. en_US
