| dc.description.abstract | This study has focused on investigating the impact of business strategy on projectmanagement- elements-focus with moderating effect of competition attributes in textile industry. In this study, business strategy has been considered as an independent variable. Whereas, competition attributes has been considered as the moderating variable. However, project-management-elements-focus has been considered as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, this study has finalized textile industry of Pakistan as the sector to investigate the relationship between business strategy, competition attributes, and project-management-elements-focus. An adaptive structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale has been used as the research instrument for collection of data from respondents (project managers, project supervisors, and project directors working in construction industry of Pakistan) to assess the relationship between variables of this study. Whereas, a sample size of 234 respondents has been selected for the representation of entire population of 600. Data collected through the questionnaire distributed amongst 234 respondents has then been analyzed through statistical instruments such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. Based on the results derived from correlation and regression analysis, it has been concluded that there exists a significant relationship between business strategy, competition attributes, and project-management-elements focus in textile industry of Pakistan. Conclusively, findings of this study have revealed that business strategy positively impacts project-management-elements-focus; whereas, competition attributes positively moderates the relationship between business strategy and project-management-elements-focus in textile industry of Pakistan. | en_US |
