Abstract

The purpose of this study to explore the project management practices which lead the organization towards success. This study plays a vital role to measure the organizational success, managers and subordinates can get benefits in order to examine their own capabilities and efforts in managing their tasks within project. Previous researches show that, TBL approach could lead an organization to perform economic opulence, environmental quality and social impartiality all together. It plays an important role for the organizations to chase and follow the sustainable development goals which are specifically related to the society and economic development. There is need to explore on the basis of immense data set the environmental sustainability practices and capabilities in the success of an organization. Furthermore, there is also need to examine the effect of triple bottom sustainability on organizational output measures and determine which specific elements are more valuable and beneficial. This study is based on data collection from approximately 220 employees of different organizations. Males and females are represented in the demographics. The survey tool included questionnaire having indicators focusing on corporate sustainability practices, obtain organizational internal and external success. The SPSS is used for the data analysis to measure the link among variables. This investigation investigated the causal connections between project management maturity-based ability and project success, and the intercession impact of corporate sustainability capacity on authoritative project achievement. The investigation revealed in this paper intends to investigate the connection between thinking about sustainability and the impression of project achievement.
