Abstract:
Change is permanent feature in international politics. International system has been experiencing rapid changes since the end of Cold War1. World Order led by United States of America began to change with the rise of other players at the chess board of world politics. Strength of developing states has ncreasingly grown on the global front i.e. China has been participating in global governance as an active player with the slogan of “community of common destiny” under the leadership of Xi Jinping2. The changing World Order does not necessarily mean the decline of America but the meaningful emergence of other states in international affairs. Fareed Zakaria described this phenomenon as “nevertheless global governance is about to transform from West led order to co governance by the East and West both, because all countries share wish to have democratized international affairs”
