Amazon (EC2) Cloud Based Team Tracking System for Medium Level Organization

Abstract

The better management and monitoring leads to better performance is a basic rule that is important for any organization. The rule becomes more effective in organizations that are dependent on their sales and off-site teams. Usually medium level organization are not able to invest their financial resources on developing software system that can be used for sales and team tracking, thus they are dependent on using conventional methods for tracking their sales and off-site teams which in many ways is not effective. The main purpose of this project is to create a single sales and team tracking system which could be useful for different medium level organizations. The system consists of two applications, a web based organization monitoring application, and a mobile based application for tracking the location of team and retailer sales detail. These two application merge together to form overall system. The team location data, product orders, order delivery details and retailer location would be generated from the mobile application it would be processed and stored on the EC2 instance of Amazon web services and then it would be showed to the organization using the organization monitoring application.
