| dc.description.abstract | Regressing testing is way testing of software which are been updated to make sure the changes which occurred during updation or modification of software. Also ensure the modifications in code are not adversely affecting the existing features of software. The retesting is primarily task to check the modified validity of software. Whenever new features are added to the system not only just modified part of software are validated but the whole software or system retested so that to know that existing features are not affected in other parts of system. For this purpose we create test cases and then retest both previous version of test cases and new test cases. To achieve this goal is costly and need a lot of time to execute so to reduce these we need to minimize test cases in term of prioritization, so as to enhance more faults detection process in shortest time. For this research we used an Evolutionary computing technique ‘’Ant Colony Optimization”. By find shortest path it helped to minimize test suites and find shortest path for prioritizing the test cases. The results purposed was compared with other technique were better in our knowledge. | en_US |
