Vending machine (design and development of a pre paid vending machine) (P-0196) (MFN 2824)

Abstract

The project Vending machine is actually upgraded form of ATM machine which provides a connection between a vendor and a customer at commercial level. Similarly, the vending machine will provide different products of different companies to the customer at its door step. As all the banks have the accounts of its customers to save the account details. Similarly different companies will introduce its accounts which customer has to be pay to that specific company. So, the project basic aims are to provide the following characteristic functions. It will cover the area of electronics, mechanical and software engineering. It can be used in university, colleges, markets or any other outdoor places. The vending machine will provide the products i.e. the canes of soft drink like 7up and coke without a cashier. Pre paid Vending machine will be easy to use and understand by the customer. Customer has to insert its vending card in the machine and give the command by using machine pad. The bar code card reader will read the card and forward the information to the pc attach, query will run. Machine will first confirm its account balance. After the confirmation, the Costumer will click on the button of the product which he wants to get. The valve will be open required product cane will drop into the drop box. Finally the customer information will be updated in database. Consumer can take back his card.
