Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine the impact of FDI on the stock market development of south Asian countries namely Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. The study used the secondary data from 1993 to 2015. The descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study revealed that there is positive significant impact of FDI on the stock market, exchange rate has negative significant impact and inflation has positive significant on the stock market development of selected countries.
