dc.description.abstract Workplace bullying is a significant problem around the world, this thesis explores the relationship between workplace bullying and team performance with mediating role of organizational politics and moderating role of power imbalance. Quantitative techniques were used for data analysis. Results of the study indicate that there is a negative relationship between workplace bullying and team performance in the context of IT sector of Islamabad. Power Imbalance tested as a moderator show significant results. Results suggested that there is a need for organizations to protect their employees who are facing issues of bullying and to bring some interventions to stop it from happening. en_US
