dc.description.abstract The project constitutes a message displaying device, in which it uses fast rotating LEDs as the o/p device. This implementation is based on a matrix display system using LEDs. The matrix display system displays messages like graphics, logos, animations, alphabets and time. The rotating led’s are programmed in such a way, which while rotation, they go off and on at certain specific instances. Time has to be crucial. The motivation factor behind this degree project is to provide beauty and innovation in the display devices, as there are not many display devices that use rotation led’s. The system is controlled by the existing PC in home through remote telephone modem and wireless data receiver and for sure that the system would capture and hold the audience attention and the useful applications are eco-advertising display, car wheel display, fan display and novelty spinning image. The practical application of project is also in real helicopters for aerospace communication. en_US
