dc.description.abstract | E-procurement practice allows the organization to access a wider market, reduce business costs, and streamlining purchasing processes. Though, there is an absence of practical studies about the use of e-procurement in the large and small businesses of Pakistan and their effects on performance. Data for this study was collected through General Manager Procurement employees working in large and small firms in Pakistan. More than two hundred questionnaires were distributed to the companies which were selected are located in Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan because these two provinces are the main hubs for all kind of businesses. Calculation frequencies of demographics were completed. Correlation, Regression, and demographics investigation were performed by using SPSS 22. This research work aims to inspect the organizational, environmental, and technological issues on the performance of working businesses in Pakistan by containing the use of e-procurement as a mediating variable. This research work will ease the policymakers, general procurement managers, industrialists, and manufacturing firm's management to advance technology-related plans more efficiently. The Pakistani government can use e-procurement adoption, practices, and diffusion by business to have a positive influence on economic performance. This research work will also have power for managerial applications by e-procurement usage in the system of the manufacturing sector of Pakistan. It is a great addition to academia for future research. | en_US |
