dc.description.abstract Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an important tool for business planning, processes, flow of information, controlling and execution, regarding the resources of a company. Financial, material, labor and equipment and other valuable resources can be used optimally to gain competitive edge among competitors. This research examines and tests the Moderating Impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the relationship between Supply Chain Macro Processes and Supply Chain Performance. An empirical study was conducted for Pharmaceutical Industry in Pakistan. Total 400 participants participated in this study from different pharmaceutical companies located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Data was collected through questioners and non-probability convenient sampling method was used to collect the data. SPSS ver.23.0 was used to test the research hypothesis. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation had revealed that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has positive moderating impact on the relationship between Supply Chain Macro Processes and Supply Chain Performance. With use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), companies can achieve a better and competitive position in context of supply chain performance (SCP) by managing the key relationships with customers, suppliers and among internal supply chain departments en_US
