Abstract:
Companies now a days are making more efforts to make their relationship with suppliers long term by treating them fairly. role of justice is critical in supplier and buyer relationship. This study has investigated the importance of procedural justice and distributive justice on the performance of firms in the context of buyers relationship with the supplier. A frame work with the mediating role of knowledge sharing is developed in this study and also the moderating role of trust is analyzed on the relationship of justice and knowledge sharing in the supplier and buyer relationship. Present study contributes to the existing literature by analyzing the impact of justice on the relationship of buyer and supplier by providing a detailed insight of the fairness in the procurement policies for the supplier and also by highlighting the role of knowledge sharing in the supplier and buyer relationship. The result of this study cans also be used by the managers in making their relationship better with the respective suppliers to enhance the performance
