Influence of Social Relationship Quality on Employee Creativity: Mediating Role of Team Work

Abstract

Now employee creative behavior is becoming one of the most focus area amongst researchers. Various researchers puts their efforts to align creative behavior with the leadership styles and recent studies shows that servant leaders inspire followers and influences their cognition and behavior. Recently attention has been focused on the critical and destructive side of leadership because outcomes of individual and organizations is affected by the destructive leadership behavior.Previous studies shows the impact of employee creativity and innovation in management and hospitality and some researcher and practitioners need to identify the impact of creativity and innovation on service organizations.so organizations need to support innovations to inspire and motivate employee creativity. In an intense competitive environment, creativity is considered as a important factor for organizational innovation, which enhances the efficiency and standards of an organization. The present study find out the influence of social relation quality of employees on the their creativity and importance of developing teams and promotes team work which provides an opportunity for the employees to interact with one another and work in a teams in order to understand the leader of the team and other team members.
