dc.description.abstract The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the Impact of Organizational Climate, Organizational Learning, and Management Support on Employee Performance The study will deeply examine the role of management and environment of the organization weather it is supportive towards employee learning, and their impact on other employee and on organization as whole, Therefore, it is essential for firms to be aware of their employees’ capabilities Inorder to be able to manage them and, in turn, to align them with the firm’s overall business strategy Previously, many researchers have conducted studies in order to examine the impact of employees’ performance by considering various constructs but very few studies have focused on organizational climate, management support, and learning culture in order to examine firm’s performance. Researchers who study on performance management claims that management support is an important as far as improvement of employee performance is concerned indicated that the organizations Supports the efforts of employee that are job-related their performance is significantly improved, further more came up with that when support of management is positive then it is also positively related to the commitment and productivity towards organizations (that include employee related factors ) This Study is conducted in Islamabad on IT based offices. The goal of this study is to provide a deep understanding of impact of learning culture training and management support on employee performance its major roots and causes. Present study will be beneficial in term of providing the rumination of employees’ behaviors and the possible determinants and outcomes of their performance and. This study also contributes into literature which is not been broadly presented in academic literature as well as it provides a deep understanding for firms to know the different type of employee and organizational behaviors. Their behavioral outcomes and then effectively design strategies to attract them and maintaining long term relationship with employee en_US
