dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to exam me the impact of workload, work life balance and supervisor support on job perfonnance of teachers, with the mediating role of stress. There have been several studies attesting to the relationship between workload, work life balance and supervisor support with job performance in the past. Still, very little is known about the mediating role of stress in these relationships. Therefore, a questionnaire survey method has been adopted from previous studies. 350 questionnaires have been distributed among private schools in Islamabad. Teachers employed in private education institutes were the sole participants of the survey. SPSS and Process macro have been utilized to find empirical results. The main findings suggest a significant association between workload, work life balance, supervisor support and job perf01mance. Moreover, stress also mediated the relationship between workload and work life balance. en_US
