In the modern world of globalization, it is important to understand the impact of different roles of trainers on the employee’s performance in the hotel industry of Pakistan from the perspective of practitioners, who are currently working in the industry in order to have more motivated, educated, satisfied and career oriented workforce which will resultantly help in managing the talent and decrease the turnover ratio of the hotel industry. This study examines the above mentioned scenario through quantitative analysis. Employee performance is taken as the dependent variable and the independent variables include strategic training professional, generalist, educator, training functional expert, training inspector, human resource administrator and human resource developer.
