Abstract:
This literature focuses on the relationship between Inclusive Leadership, Ethical Leadership & Team Peiformance under moderating role of Person Job Fit. Researcher found that when Leaders are EThical and Inclusive, subordinates are more likely to achieve goals hence improve the overall Team Performance. The current study extends theoretical conception of Ethical and Inclusive Leadership with respect to Team Performance. Study proposed that Person-Job Fit is also a key factor for Team Performa_nce. The specific contexT for the domain of study is project based IT companies in Pakistan. Adapted questionnaire were distributed to 260, out of which 235 were retrieved back with responses from Leaders and their subordinates. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from respondents worA.'ing on IT projects in twin cities of Pakistan i-e Islamabad & Rawalpindi. The Sample was collected in two different time slots. At first the questionnaire was distributed to the Leader and investigated about his reported subordinates and in the second slot questionnaires was distributed to the subordinates which work under the supervision of the same Leader. The analysis was conducted in SPSS which indicated that Inclusive and Ethical Leadership have significant impact on Team Performance. Furthermore, moderating mechanism for Person Job Fit was also proposed in this study.
