dc.description.abstract The center of this study is relationship between Servant Leadership (SL) and firm innovativeness (FM) with the mediating role of Intrinsic Motivation (IM). Therefore, it isn't going to be incorrect to say that Servant Leadership critically affects the firm innovativeness. While the innovativeness of firm depends on different variables within the enterprise, it is also influenced by Intrinsic Motivation where the environment is such in which the employees feel intrinsically motivated. The sample size of this study is 317. Technique used for the collection of data is random sampling. This study focuses on the relationship between Servant Leadership and Intrinsic Motivation. The specific context of the study is the IT-based organization in Pakistan. Data were collected using questionnaire from 262 employees working in 6 IT firms from Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Results indicate that Servant leadership is positively associated with firm innovativeness. Moreover, mediating role of Intrinsic Motivation is also established. Intrinsic Motivation also describes that intrinsically motivated employees who are more creative and innovative lead the organization to innovativeness. The analysis concludes with a description and limitations of the theoretical and practical consequences. en_US
