dc.description.abstract This research aims to evaluate the impact of shared leadership on team creativity with mediation of knowledge sharing in IT firms. Shared leadership is measured with three different constructs joint completion of task, emotional support and decentralized interaction among personnel. IT firms & companies of Rawalpindi and Islamabad are selected as targeted population of the study and 384 individuals from the project teams of these firms & companies were taken as the sample. Data was collected with close-ended questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through Smart PLS in which various statistical techniques were applied including construct validity, discriminant validity, reliability analysis, direct, indirect and total effect path coefficients. The data analysis confirmed that shared leadership increases team creativity also process of knowledge sharing accelerate this relationship. All three constructs decentralized interaction among team members, emotional support and joint completion of task are associated positively with team creativity en_US
