dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of abusive supervision on employee creativity with emotional exhaustion as a variable mediation. The methodology section clarifies the technique of the research study. It incorporates technique, research instruments, and sample size, reliability of the factors/variables, data collection method and sources. The population of the research study is R&D employees working in the private sector based organization. Methods of data collection are using questionnaires. The sampling technique is a simple random sampling technique and the number of samples was 214. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The purpose of the examination is to investigate the role of abusive supervision on employee creativity with the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion. The investigation is likewise causal as the impact of IV on DV is examined. The present examination is cross-sectional besides information is accumulated in the particular time frame. The results showed that abusive supervision has a negative and significant effect on employee creativity. Abusive supervision has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion and emotional exhaustion mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the negative effects of abusive supervision on employee creativity and the processes by which they occur. en_US
