dc.description.abstract The aim of this research study was to examine the Impacts of Supervisors Supports, Organizational Supports and Work-Family Conflict on Job Satisfaction and through mediating role of Psychological Contract Fulfilment. This research was conducted in in top five higher education institutes I universities (public & private) of Islamabad, Pakistan to achieve these objectives; 1) to examine the impact of Supervisors Support on Job Satisfaction. 2) To examine the impact of Organizational Supports on Job Satisfaction. 3) To examine the impact of WorkFamily Conflict on Job Satisfaction. 4) To investigate the n:'ediating role of Psychological Contract Fulfilment among Supervisors Support, Organizational Supports, Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction. Quantitative research approach was selected in order to investigate the relationship. To draw the sample from population for this study, stratified-cluster sampling technique was used. The sample size is 245. By using SPSS 18 and AMOS 16, measurement and structural model were tested. In this research study it was found that psychological contract fulfillment mediates the relationship of supervisor support and job satisfaction. Psychological contract fulfilment also mediates the relationship of organization support and job satisfaction. The results of the study further showed that no mediation exist in relationship of work family conflict & job satisfaction. So, this research states that faculty members (lecturers) with strong psychological contract fulfilment are satisfied with their job and workplace (universities). Psychological empowerment also make employees (lecturers to be clear about their goals, which in result leads employees toward job satisfaction. In conclusion, this study made a meaningful contribution to the theory and research by shedding a light on the relationship of supervisors support, organization support, work .family conflict and job satisfaction through mediation role of psychological contract fulfillment. This study is noteworthy for individuals (faculty members, researchers), families and workplace to discourse the work family Conflicts. The results of current study are helpful for supervisors and the management of universities/HEis to increase the levels of job satisfaction of their faculty members. This study is also helpful and assist to. administrators and policymakers of HEis/universities to enhance the efficiency and performance of faculty members and also need to ruminate the implications for job satisfaction of faculty. This current study enables the top management and HR practitioner of universities to understand the mechanism that how supervisor support and organization support enhance the job satisfaction among the faculty members (lecturers) of the universities of Islamabad, Pakistan en_US
