dc.description.abstract Keeping balance between work and personal life or employee is a great opportunity. Lots of research has been conducting on work life balance but still employees are affecting greatly on personal level and on professional level due to burden of responsibilities on both sides of profession. Purpose of research is to test theoretically to check the long lasting effects of moderation mediation effects on association between work and life which can result in turnover intention creating problems or employee and employer. Organizations loss affects their competitive advantage and results in loss of knowledge as well. Also loss of highly skilled asset can result in loss of concrete sunk budget related to employing, acquisition and teaching, and insubstantial budgets, associated with loss of efficiency, loss of acquaintance and the loss of employee morale. en_US
