| dc.description.abstract | This study focuses on the relationship between Ethical Leadership, Inclusive leadership and Project Team Performance under the moderating role of Person Job Fit. The specific context of the study is the software houses located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Data were collected from 260 work force comprising project leader and team members working in software houses located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The analysis was conducted in SPSS which indicates that ethical and inclusive leadership is positively associated with project team performance. Moreover, moderate ng of person job fit was also established. Results, theoretical and practical implications are discussed for target organization | en_US |
