| dc.description.abstract | Purpose. The purpose of the report is to find out the relationship between green human resource practices with the organizational performance. For this aspect, the research has included green recruitment and selection and green training and development as the green human resource practices and assess their impact on organizational performance. Methodology. The research is quantitative in nature and the research type is explanatory. Th sample size of the research is 384 and the target population is the employees of manufacturing industries in Pakistan. Findings: The results of the study finds that green recruitment and selection and green training and development has significant impact on the organizational performance. But green training and development impacts organizational performance the most as compared to green recruitment and selection. Conclusion: The research concludes that there is significant and positive impact of green human resource practices i.e. green recruitment and selection and green training and development on organizational performance. Practical Implications: It is recommended that organizations must implement green HR practices in their business strategy by providing awareness and training to employees regarding the benefits of greener and sustainable organization. | en_US |
