dc.description.abstract Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of human capital management on organizational performances in the context of the Pakistan telecom industry. The model was tested with a sample of 380 employees working for telecom companies. Methodology and design: The result from the regression method using IBM SPSS program revealed a good fit between collected data and measurement scales which were introduced and developed in the Pakistani contexts. Findings: Besides, the findings showed that the six dimensions of organizational culture had positive impacts on organizational performances: innovativeness, teamwork, training and development, reward and recognition, organizational communication, empowerment. Limitation: This discovery highlighted the importance of human capital management in enhancing employee commitment towards the organization as well as calls the management attention to these dimensions and long-term development policies. Recommendation: The Human Resource Management must start making plans with relevant adjustment for existing operation. Human Resource Systems must be scheduled with caution and care, based on the organizational features, organizational structure, job performance, and worker requests, to develop a program that is effective for the organization. en_US
