| dc.description.abstract | Purpose This study aims to investigate the employees” engagement as a mediator between drivers of employee engagement, job performance, and organizational justice in the banking sector, Karachi Pakistan. Methodology & Design Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from employees of banks. Convenient sampling, a non-probability sampling technique, was used to engage 402 respondents. For descriptive analysis ofdata so gathered, mediation analysis was applied as a statistical tool using SPSS. Findings The Findings ofthe following paper demonstrated thatjob performance and organizational justice are significant predictors of drivers of employee engagement. Limitations There are certain limitations to the following research article. Mainly, difficulties were faced while getting the questionnaires filled and the research is too narrowed down to be generally implemented on the population apart from the Recommendations Given findings, organizations must focus on effective commination networks, employee engagement, and job performance of employees working in the banking sector. Provide best organizational support related to worker engagement and justice. | en_US |
